That mole is neither good nor great. Jim Collins wrote a leadership book called Good to Great in which he encourages organizations to identify and aim toward almost unreachable accomplishments. He calls these distant accomplishments Big Hairy Audacious Goals. And now you can understand the cartoon. (Note: I have never read this book nor do I know Jim Collins, but I understand he is pretty popular in the leadership world. I came across these concepts in an article I read. For all I know he really does have a Big Hairy Audacious Mole. That would be awkward.)
