Summer’s never long enough when you’re a kid.
This cartoon started out with just Cliff and his signs. I came up with the commentary later. I think it’s a good add.
I don’t have a dog, but I do feel for four-legged critters of all kinds who have to endure our pyrotechnic patriotism.
Probably should have preserved this one until warmer weather…

I used to have to do this as a kid. I’m sure it didn’t hurt, but I didn’t like it!
Maybe a tad early with this one–but not for southern California. When I was a kid I once found a five-dollar bill in the seaweed. I thought I was rich. I dried it out and bought a Slurpie.
