A couple of months ago I was at the movies with a friend. The preview for Divergent came on. When it was over I turned and asked him the question you see above. He agreed. I repeated the question to my Divergent and Hunger Games loving wife and daughter and their response was pretty much what you see. I know, I’m out of my element…but I’m not the only one who thinks this.

My present vocation is very meaningful, but my favorite job was working as a Page at the large, main public library for two summers during college. I love being surrounded by books. Libraries are still special places for me.

One of the only things that stuck from Mr. Bernardo’s 9th grade Latin class was the Ides of March, the March 15th religious holiday on which Julius Caesar was assassinated in 44 BC. Be careful out there today…
